Where do you source your insects and specimens? 

My priority is to source all specimens sustainably and responsibly. I purchase specimens through responsible insect sellers, others are found naturally deceased while I am on walks, in my garden, or from friends and family. ⋆.ೃ𐦍*:･⋆𐦍.ೃ࿔*:･

What specimens do you offer? 

I offer any specimen as long as I can responsibly source it. (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

Can I commission a piece already sold?

How do I request a commission?

I will then provide you with an estimate within 3-10 business days. A deposit of $40-$100+ will be needed to start the order, depending on the total. When your order is finished, remaining payment will be required before shipment.

Turn around time can take anywhere between 4-10+ weeks depending on specimen availability, location, prior commitments, etc.

Where do you ship? 

If purchasing directly through my shop, I currently only offer shipping within the U.S. If you live outside the U.S., please contact me so we can talk worldwide shipping options. 

What are your shop policies?  

No refunds. No exchanges. 

Cancellations for commissions are only accepted within 24 hours of deposit, if you cancel after that time period your deposit will not be refunded.  

I am not responsible after shipment. I pack every item well with utmost care, if you should have an issue with an order, please contact me and I will try my best to help! 

Repairs? 

If you have a frame/box that needs repairing, I am happy to help. Please contact me and provide as much information as possible so I can provide you an accurate estimate.
